The world is full of different types of people having different eating habits and patterns. Vegetation is also different at different places. So it is but natural that all across the world, different recipes are used to prepare food. All recipes that are found on this planet can be categorized into two broad types - vegetarian and non vegetarian. All recipe that is vegetarian is the staple food of the majority of people around the world. All recipes that is non vegetarian is consumed by those living in cooler climates and take longer to be prepared than vegetarian dishes. Not all recipe provide the kind of nutrition required for a fit and healthy body. One should select from all recipe only those that are good for the health.

Different countries have different recipes to make food. In western world, fried and oily food is a big no-no and people opt for baked and roasted food. If you go through all recipes found in Europe and the Americas, you will find that their food is more nutritious as it is less oily and contains less fat. On the other hand in countries like India where it is common to deep fry various foods, all recipe is such that it contains a lot of oil and fat. That is why tourists from western countries on an Indian visit find it hard to digest Indian food. Similar is the case with Indian students going abroad for higher studies. They find all recipes in the western world tasteless as they use very little spices in their food.

As the world is shrinking and has become a global village, it is customary to find international cuisine an all the major hotels of the world. All recipes are prepared in such hotels as they play host to all types of nationalities but it is now seen that the big difference that once existed between different recipes is now thinning out and slowly but surely giving way to something that we can call international recipe. Today we can see mcdonald and KFC having presence in almost all the countries of the world and their food is loved by all. It only goes on to show that the taste of the people across the globe is coming to the same wavelength and the day is not far off when all recipe across the world will be more or less similar
